Fri, 21 July 2006 Maybe it was boredom or maybe empathy (--- most likely boredom) that has led me to create a site skeleton to explain how this website works. It's come to our attention, here at 4WP, that the people we are trying to reach are either tech-savvy (l33t) or tech-dummie (Id10t). Whatever the case may be, here's A Dummies Guide to Movie.Menu.Com:
So it's a pretty easy website but here's a breakdown of what you can find on the main (index.html) page. Let's start with the hardest part: How to SubscribeIt's easier than you may think. What you need: A brain (hopefully your own), a computer (like the one you are using) and iTunes from iTunes.com... you may also need a pair of eyes, but only one is necessary. What do I click?
The second button that repeats twice is this one: What if I don't have iTunes? As you push the Subscribe button on the Movie Menu website, it will take you to "One Moment Please" page. Which will then ask you "Do You Have iTunes?" If you push "No" then it'll ask you to install it.
On iTunes: Many find comfort in alternative music software like Musicmatch, Winamp, and Windows Media. Here's the problem: - Musicmatch (unless you pay $20) cuts songs in half, records MP3's slower and doesn't allow for podcast feeds. Oh... I forgot, iTunes:

Wed, 28 June 2006 4th Wall Productions presents:Movie MenuMovie Menu is a weekly movie review podcast that brings to you the good, bad, and ugly concerning new releases (and some not so new). The panel doesn't take to being a professional review at all. So, if you expect an Ebert & Roeper type of review littered with smooth talking dialogue, then we suggest you check out some other podcast that takes themselves too seriously. The cast of Movie Menu believe that a real review should be like the one that takes place at a dinner or bar after watching a movie with your friends: Uncensored, raw, and in your face mockery. (What was it about the movie that just didn't make sense, instead of what made the movie compelling; What character seemed to be the most whinny and why they deserved to die; Why is it that Bruce Willis' 70's hair and mustache made Lucky Number Slevin a movie worth watching; etc.) 4th Wall Productions presents Movie Menu, hosted by John Hang, Daniel Munoz, Mike Stand and--in the distant background--Alexander Z.
